OPD CHEK (Decoction) is an excellent Ayurvedic Formula which contains of powerful antioxidant herbs. It is a unique herbal combination which has power to eradicate certain chronic ailments with its regular use.

OPD CHEK (Decoction) is a ‘Five Problems One Solution’ formula made for the people who are suffered from Obesity Disorders, Prostate Enlargement (BPH), Diabetes, Cholesterol (High Blood Cholesterol) and High Blood Pressure. It is also acts on Swellings, Oedema, Furuncles and Carbuncles, Fistula in ano (Anal fistula), Loss of libido due to overweight, Skin diseases and OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). It also purifies the vitiated blood and corrects the fat metabolism.

This unique Ayurvedic formula can be used in both sexes male and female with no age limit. It is safe in pregnant woman as well. There are no side effects reported of this unique herbal formula.

Main Ingredietns are-
Terminalia chebula, Terminalia belerica, Emblica officinalis, Cyperus rotundus, Curcuma longa, Berberia aristata, Azadirachta indica, Acacia catechu, Cedrus deodara, Holarrhena antidysenterica, Tribulus terrestris, Casia fistula

Indications- As directed by Ayurvedic Physician

Dose- Around Half Cup (40-60 ml) of freshly prepared decoction just one time a day, preferably in the early morning or as directed by Ayurvedic Physician.

Note- One should not eat anything until two hours after consuming this freshly prepared herbal decoction. We are also recommended you to please follow the Diet Plan and Guidelines given below for getting its maximum benefits.

Method for preparing the herbal decoction-
Take around two teaspoonfuls of OPD CHEK (Decoction) and mix it well with around two cups of water (Around 150 ml water) in the evening hours. Keep the mixture for whole night. The very next morning, boil this mixture on light to medium flame. Shake it well during boiling. Gradually the water will start to get evaporating. When around half cup of water remains in the mixture during boiling, take it down. Strain the liquid into a glass or ceramic container using a sieve or a cloth such as a jelly bag or muslin cloth. Drink the freshly prepared liquid decoction after 4-5 minutes.

Diet Plan and Guidelines-
One should follow the ‘Diet Plan and Guidelines’ given below in his routine life-style for maintaining good health and equilibrium of body tissues.

Vegetables: Pointed gourd (Parwal), Bitter gourd (Karela), Momordica dioica (Kankoda), Bottle gourd (Dudhi), Snake gourd (Galaka), Ridge gourd (Turiya), Drumstick (Sargava), Spinach leaves (Paalakh), Prickly Amaranth (Tandalaja), Coriander leaves (Dhaniya), Fenugreek leaves (Methi), Garlic (Lahsun), Carrot (Gaajar) and Soft Cucumber (Kakadi)
Grains/Cereals: Whole/Course wheat flour, Whole barley flour, Whole maize flour, Semolina (whole), Rice (harvested in 60 days), Rice flakes, Popcorn, Popped Jowar and Puffed Rice
Beans: Moong beans, Khichadi (Indian Snack made from Moong Dal and Rice), Moong Dal, Moth beans, Red Lentils (whole), Tuvar beans, Chikpeas (brown)
((All type of beans has to be fried in Cow’s Ghee(clarified butter made from cow’s milk))
Edible Oils, Ghee (clarified butter), Milk & other Dairy Products: Sesame Oil (black/white)/ Til taila, Mustard Oil/ Sarsav taila, Cow’s Ghee (clarified butter made from cow’s milk), Fresh Buttermilk and Tea.
Fruits: Pomegranate (Daadim), Grapes, Gooseberry (Aavlaa) and Coconut water
Dry Fruits: Figs and Dry black grapes
Salt/Honey: Rock Salt (Saindhav/Sindhalun) and Honey
Drinking Water: Luke warm water for whole day
Spices: Fennel, Black pepper, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Coriander, Cumin seeds, Aniseeds, Fenugreek seeds, Ginger powder/ slices/ whole, Nutmeg, Turmeric powder and Red chilli powder/ whole
Daily Habits: Get up early in the morning, Take light walk or Do light exercise or Do aerobics  to warm up your body, Take sufficient water (around half to one glass of water) after having lunch/dinner, Be concentrate during having food, Keep distance of at least 3 hours between meal & sleep and even between two meals (So stomach have got sufficient time to getting digest the previous food, Be polite and calm, Keep faith in God, Do not take more stress, Make company with good friends, Always keep positive thinking and Always try to help others.
